Tiina-Maija has worked in several European countries before moving to Egypt 15 years ago, and has since worked and traveled throughout the Middle East & Africa. Her international work experience in both operational and senior corporate roles have exposed Tiina-Maija to all layers within the Hospitality business and provide her with deep understanding of the industry as well as the corporate business world.
A career hotelier, in addition to being a life coach, Tiina-Maija holds a senior management position in a hospitality company with a role mainly focusing on strategic development and innovation; and in her previous employment was actively involved in skills and strategic training, individual development and coaching of both teams and individuals throughout the ranks.
Tiina-Maija is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy. Additional qualifications include Reiki Master and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, College Degree in International Trade and Management Accountancy, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management.
Tiina-Maija believes in the importance of stretching an individual’s potential and breaking through limiting beliefs that hold us back and she is passionate about making sure she pushes herself to achieving new goal posts regularly. Recent years’ milestones include reaching Uhuru peak of Kilimanjaro, fire walking, skydiving, setting up and running her own company, and completion of three full Marathons and a number of half Marathons.
