Wendy is an experienced trainer and professionally certified coaching consultant. Having worked in the Middle East for 9 years and previously in a Senior Management and HR advisory role with InterContinental Hotels Group, Wendy has experienced coaching both teams and individuals at all levels.
A certified Trainer of NLP & Hypnotherapy, and Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy™, Wendy is passionate about developing people both as individual professionals and effective teams. Her experience with work and people management issues common to professionals in positions of authority adds to her skill in helping others navigate leadership, relationship, performance and communication challenges inherent in their roles.
In her work coaching individuals, Wendy helps others become aware of self-limiting behaviors and attitudes, create a more positive self-image, explore the myths and beliefs that are undermining their effectiveness and develop both behaviors and strategies that enhance their success.
